What do I actually have to do during the 7–10 days?

Three things: the 30-min kickoff on Day 1, two short reviews mid-build (we send you a preview link, you reply with feedback in writing), and one training session on launch day. Total time commitment from you across the whole build: ~90 minutes. We don't ping you with vendor questions — that's the entire point of done-for-you.

Can I see the system before it goes live?

Yes. From Day 5 onward you get a private preview URL where the website and the AI are live but not yet pointed at your domain or your real Instagram and Facebook. You can chat with the AI, click through the website, test the lead form. We iterate based on your feedback before flipping the DNS on launch day.

What if I want changes after launch?

Every package includes a post-launch support window (7 days for The Spark, 14 days for The Engine) — copy tweaks, AI knowledge updates, small layout fixes are all included. After that window, you can either self-serve via the source code we hand over, or upgrade to The Machine ($597/mo) for ongoing optimization across all three channels.

Is there really NO DIY required from me?

Correct. You don't log into GoHighLevel, ManyChat, HubSpot, or any other tool we use under the hood. You don't write knowledge base entries or build chat flows. We do everything. You get one dashboard (the ScaleForge CRM) to see your leads, and that's it. We chose this model specifically because most small business owners give up on DIY platforms within 2 weeks.

What if my business is more complex than the standard build?

Tell us on the demo call. The 7–10-day timeline assumes a standard service business with 1–3 service lines, one location, and standard payment flows. Multi-location, complex booking rules, custom integrations (specific PMS, EHR, scheduling tools), or franchise rollouts are handled on a custom timeline. We'll quote it honestly upfront — no surprises.
