Do you offer support outside business hours?

The Spark and The Engine include 7 and 14 days of post-launch support respectively (email, ~4 hour response). The Machine ($597/mo) extends this to ongoing email support with a 24-hour response guarantee. We're US-hours-based; urgent issues outside hours are handled when they come in.
